Online Returns, Exchange and Refund Policies

Returns/Exchanges:

Return/Exchange must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, you must text us to initiate return. Buyer pays return shipping. If/when return is approved, the package must be post marked within 7 days of return approval.

Returns are accepted on items that have NOT been altered or customized in any way, any item that has been altered in any way is always final sale.

Returns and exchanges must have the tags ATTACHED and the hygiene liner in the bottoms ATTACHED. Items must be free of any smell, order, stain, markings, no popped stitching or flaws of any kind. Any item received not meeting this criteria will not be refunded or exchanged.
