Online Return/Exchange Policy:

Any item purchased on sale is FINAL SALE, no exchange no returns.

ALL Thong bottoms are always FINAL SALE, no exchange no returns.

Any item that was customized/altered in any way is always FINAL SALE, no exchange no returns.

Padding is FINAL SALE, no exchange no returns.

Online Gift Cards and in store Gift Certificates are FINAL SALE, cannot be exchanged or returned for cash. When using a gift certificate (paper) in store if the remaining amount/balance left on certificate is $10 or less then we will give cash back, if the remaining balance is $10.01 or more another certificate will be issued. Online gift cards will hold their entire remaining value greater than $0.01... gift cards and gift certificates never expire.

ALL other items unless noted in items description can be returned WITHIN 14 days of receipt of package (according to tracking information), ALL items must still have the tags ATTACHED, panty liners ATTACHED, no loose/popped threads, no smells/stains/marks/odors of any kind, Refund will be for full amount of product and applicable taxes, shipping fees are not refunded, customer pays shipping back to us with tracking. Refunds for online purchases can only be done online.

ONE TIME EXCHANGE can be done WITHIN 14 days of receipt of items according to tracking information, exchanges must still have the tags ATTACHED, panty liners ATTACHED, no loose/popped threads, no smells/stains/marks/odors of any kind, Exchanges do not have to be exchanged for same item, you can exchange anything for another style or size, you will be responsible for any price difference above the original item, if the new item is less we will refund the difference. Exchange may be done online or in person at our store for online purchases.
